Norwegian Jewel makeover

In their quest to enhance their guest experience Norwegian Cruise Line has exquisitely refurbished one of the stars of its fleet – the Jewel. As part of the vessel´s makeover nearly 700 cabins were refurbished by the dedicated MAKINEN team. From furniture to wet area surfaces, each of the 683 staterooms and 14 ADA cabins were renewed by the experts at MAKINEN.

The project took place during the global pandemic in three phases, with 168 quarantine days during phase one alone! But the MAKINEN spirit and dedication to deliver quality interiors on-time, on-budget, and beyond expectations helped the team complete the project successfully. The Norwegian Jewel will soon set sail and its passengers can enjoy their stylish cabins thanks to MAKINEN. A job well done!

Norwegian Jewel:

  • Place: Marseille, France
